Hi you two ladies - you certainly banished my winter blues today despite the awful rain - you were right the sun was to be found shining in Thirlby Village Hall. I am so pleased with my purchases and my beautiful decoupaged hat box has pride of place on top of my wardrobe so I can gaze at before I go to sleep.

It was lovely to meet you both today, we had a wonderful time at the village fair and I love my things I got from you, I've already made a morello cherry jelly in the little mould and I'm going to make a cake stand out of the gorgeous china cup, saucer and plate, looking forward to the Sessay fair, Lucey x
